I woke up today and felt inspired by the squat challenge I saw on the news! I love doing squats and usually do them every day in my workouts. If you have never checked out fitsugar.com you should. It has tons of great ten minute workouts, recipes, and more.
I found a squat challenge on their website that looks great. Starting tomorrow, August 1, I am going to follow the plan and incorporate it into my daily workouts for a 30 days. Hope some people take the challenge with me, and see our legs look rockin in a month. I will comment on this post to fill ya’ll in on my progress and results!
